Jonathan is a seasoned general manager and people leader with over 25 years of executive experience across industrial, manufacturing, and B2B services, having held senior P&L and leadership roles at global organizations such as DuPont, DowDuPont, Kuraray, and Danone. He has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams, driving operational efficiency, and creating value through strategic planning, market penetration, and mergers and acquisitions. Jonathan holds an MBA from Yale University and a Master's in Economics and Management from Université Paris Dauphine, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt — combining hands-on operational expertise with the financial acumen to lead organizations through growth and transformation.

Akshat Dubey
Akshat Dubey's career over the past 25 years has spanned three complementary domains: hands-on general management at Amazon and ITC, advisory work as a Consulting Partner across M&A, growth strategy, and performance improvement, and five years owning and running Fulfillment Plus, an OmniChannel 3PL business based in New York. This blend of operating, advisory, and ownership experience shapes how he creates value: designing operating models that scale, building and developing leadership teams, setting strategy and vision, instituting the KPIs and disciplines that turn plans into results, and guiding organizations through change. He holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a B.Tech from IIT Bombay.
