Akshat is an accomplished investor, operator, and business executive with extensive experience driving value through strategic acquisitions, portfolio management, and operational leadership. As a seasoned leader, he has a proven track record of managing large-scale P&Ls and guiding companies through complex transformations. His deep expertise spans M&A, growth strategy, and operating model design, having advised on and executed over 120 deals for clients.

Akshat’s career is marked by his ability to seamlessly navigate both advisory and hands-on operational roles. He has held senior partnership positions at top-tier firms, including EY-Parthenon, PwC Strategy&, and Booz & Company. During his tenure, he partnered with leading corporations and private equity clients to execute complex M&A transactions, lead large-scale transformations, drive commercial excellence, and develop actionable strategies for sustainable growth. His foundational experience also includes operational and product leadership at Amazon and ITC Limited. Transitioning into entrepreneurship, he successfully acquired and currently serves as Co-Owner of a rapidly growing omnichannel 3PL. Under his leadership, the company has accelerated its growth through a renewed strategic vision, scaled operations, institutionalized performance metrics, and a strengthened management team.

Education 

Akshat holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, with emphases in Corporate Strategy and Finance. He also earned a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and completed the Professional Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.

Complementing his academic background, Akshat is a Certified Quality Manager from the Quality Council of Indiana, as well as a certified ISO and IQRS practitioner. A bilingual English and Hindi speaker, he brings a global perspective to his work, having lived in the USA for 21 years, worked across four continents, and traveled to over 60 countries.

Personal Life 

Akshat resides in Pepper Pike, Ohio, with his wife, Vaishali, and their three children. In his spare time, he is an avid golfer and an aspiring racquet sports player. He enjoys spending time and traveling with his family, exploring diverse culinary experiences, and following professional sports—especially cheering on the Cleveland Cavaliers. As an active member of the local business community, he serves as an investor, advisor, and mentor to several start-ups.
